WITH leaders Dingle Bay's game against Kingdom Boys not going ahead Killarney Celtic took full advantage to close the gap to two points. Celtic saw Darren O'Doherty hit a hat trick, John Fintan Daly (2) and one each from Liam Kearney, Michael Burns, Matt Keane and Chris White to take the points.

The Park also saw their chances of honours getting a boost as they also took full points from their game against Killorglin.

Roman Laucher, Graham Barrett and an og gave them the points but with Park keeper Jack Shortt being man of the match the game was closer than the score-line tells.

The Park are now on ten points, Killarney Celtic on eleven points and Dingle staying on thirteen points.

Division 1 North

THIS division is very tight and while Camp, now on 11 points and Asdee on ten points, both picked up a point from their 0-0 draw they will see this as a missed opportunity to get closer to leaders Clanmaurice (13 points) and Fenit (12 points).

Division 1 South

BALLYHAR will be very happy as they now top the table by a point following their win over Inter Kenmare who lead the table by two points at the start of play.

Kieran Brosnan (2) and Brian Kennedy scored for Ballyhar while Reece Dillane got the Inter Kenmare consolation.

In the other game Castlemaine defeated Killarney Celtic B 1-0 with the goal coming from Cathal O'Connor. Gavin Horan, Kieran Girffin and Dylan O'Sullivan also had good games for the winners.
