Killarney all set for four-day race meeting

THE four-day Summer Killarney July races, commences on Monday, July 12 at 6pm, continues on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 5.40pm and 6pm, and concludes on Thursday with an afternoon card at 2.25pm.
Monday evening card is a competitive mix of flat and national hunt, featuring The Summerfest 2m1f Steeplechase of € 17,000, while Tuesday evening card, is also mixed, featuring the 17,000 Malton Hotel 2ml 6f novice chase.
Wednesday evening card is also mixed, featuring the 24,500, Ashe's Bar, Glenbeigh, long distance handicap hurdle over 2ml 6f, and the € 23,500, Irish stallion farms EBF fillies handicap over 11 furlongs.
Thursday's fourth and final day is also mixed, and is ladies day, and features the Dawn Milk run handicap hurdle of 15,500, over 2ml 1f.
Killarney Racecourse is the place to be next week for four days of top class, competitive and exciting racing, which should attract huge attendances to the world's most beautiful and scenic racecourse.
