Cashen Vale boxers to fight in Nationals

CASHEN Vale's Niabh Ball and Mikie Driscoll are through to the National Championships by virtue of receiving two walkovers at the first round of the Munster Junior Championships in Dungarvan last Sunday.
The talented Killflyn girl will be no stranger to the Stadium as Ball competed in the women's tournament before Christmas and has had contests in both Munster and London. Niabh is coached by her father Graham, who is a former English Schoolboy champion.
Tralee's Mikie Driscoll may lack experience but he has the talent to box clever and he could be a surprise package in the Stadium.
To help defray expenses, the Cashen Vale club will be bag packing in Dunnes ( Tralee NCR) this weekend. Your support will be greatly appreciated.
