Tralee jockey triumphs at Killarney races

RATHANNY, Tralee jockey Sean McDermott, produced an outstanding riding performance, at Killarney races on Wednesday, on 16/1 chance Curragh Grey for Askeaton, Co Limerick trainer Pat Neville, in the 2m 4f handicap chase.
Having tracked the leaders he went fourth five from home, went second two out and in a powerful drive from the last stayed on in great style to win from long time leader Rumreelic, in a most exciting finish.
