ALL bar one of the Senior clubs have managers in place for 2012 with confirmation this week that both Joe Shannon and Kieran Cronin will be staying on with Laune Rangers and St Michaels/foilmore respectively.

That leaves Rathmore as the only senior team without a manager as of yet for the 2012 campaign after Denis Moynihan stepped down following their defeat in the O'donoghue Cup final but the East Kerry side are confident that Moynihan's successor will be in place by the end of this week.

St Michaels/foilmore's announcement comes as one of the stars of their AllIreland Intermediate winning campaign, 26 year-old Colin Grandfield ( pictured), was appointed Chairman of the club at its recent AGM.

Amongst the Intermediate ranks Finuge, Castlegregory and Annascaul have all appointed new managers with Ned English replacing John Colbert in Finuge, Fergal Ó Sé replacing Linus Burke at Castlegregory while Johnny Doyle took charge of his first game as Annascaul manager in the West Kerry League against Castlegregory last Sunday. East Kerry side Currow will have Jackie Reidy and Sean Mccarthy in charge once more.

In the Junior ranks Firies have appointed Jeremiah O'sullivan as their manager for the new campaign while Glenbeigh/ are looking for a new manager after Kieran Mccarthy has decided to step down following the club's breakthrough triumph in the Mid Kerry Championship two weeks ago.

Nearly all the Novice clubs have made appointments at this stage, former Kerry Minor and U-21 boss John Kennedy remains on at native club Asdee, former Kerry Ladies trainer James Fleming from Dr Crokes will be in charge of Moyvane for 2012 while Knocknagoshel have appointed Duagh native Thomas Dillon in place of Patie O'mahony.

Mike Henchy remains on with Ballydonoghue, last year's runners-up Scartaglin will have Glenbeigh/ Glencar native Pat O'shea at the helm once more while James O'shea and Michael Crowley remain on as managers of Fossa and Templenoe respectively. Micheal Lyne will be in charge of Valentia once more while Brendan O'shea has replaced Colm Hanafin as manager of Lispole.

After leading Beale to the North Kerry final before Christmas Liam Browne remains on as manager of the North Kerry outfit for the coming campaign. Listry are expected to make an announcement about their senior management team shortly while St Senans are waiting until after the North Kerry U-21 Championship is completed before announcing their 2012 management team.
