Waterford Crystal Cup 2012
CAPTAIN Liam Boyle led the Senior Hurling team to their first victory in the Waterford Crystal Cup in Killarney on Sunday. Kerry overcame the IT Tralee on a score of 1-20 to 1-15.
They now play Cork on Sunday, February 5 at 2pm. Venue to be announced.
Congratulations to the four Kerry players who deservedly won Christy Ring Awards this week. Shane Nolan, Darragh O'connell, Jason Casey and James Godley James received their awards at a function in Croke Park on Saturday night last.
AIB Club Championship
WE wish Milltown / Castlemaine every success as they prepare for the AIB Club Intermediate All Ireland Final on Sunday, February 12. They take on Davits from Mayo in Croke Park and it will be a great occasion for the players, management and supporters. This is what all Club teams dream about and it will be a fantastic day for the club.
On Saturday, February 18 Dr Crokes play Crossmaglen Rangers at 2pm in Portlaoise in the All Ireland Senior Club Championship semi-final.
