LOTTO DRAW.

The numbers drawn in last week's soccer lotto draw were 10 12 23 26. There was no winner of the jackpot prize. The winners of lucky dip prizes were Yvonne Lyons, Rockchapel, Margaret Carmody, Brosna, Dan Joe Murphy, Rockchapel and Willie Murphy, Rockchapel. The winner of the promoters prize was Stephen Cahill, this weeks lotto jackpot will be E8,200 DEVELOPMENT DRAW. Mountcollins GAA members are now visiting each home in the parish seeking support for the Co. Club Development Draw for 2012. commission from the draw provides the club with a valuable source of income. In 2011 we had three local winners in the draw. The draw has a magnificent prize fund form a top prize of E15,000 to a twenty eight prizes of E250 plus All Ireland football and hurling tickets and a overnight stay in Dublin. The cost of subscriptions is E10 per month or E100 for the year. Profits from the draw go towards the promotions at co. club and school level of our national GAA games. Our teams here in Mountcollins provided their supporters with some memorable displays in recent years both at adult and under age level. We ask all parishioners to get behind the club and support the draw. The first draw will be in early March and all concludes in December and the club appreciate your continuing support. GAA LOTTO draw. There was no winner of the jackpot prize in last weeks Mountcollins/tournafulla GAA club lotto draw where the numbers drawn were 7, 8, 18 and 27. lucky dip prizes went to Carol Horan, Abbeyfeale, Sue Lyons, Tournafulla, Kevin Collins, Rockchapel and Denis Hartnett, Tournafulla. The winner of the promoters prize was Mike Sheehy with Anita Danaher winning the pub draw. This weeks draw will be held in Kelly's Bar, Tournafulla where the jackpot will be E1,300 and your support would be appreciated. CARD GAME. The prizemoney at last weeks card game was shared between the teams of Nora Lyons, Anita Danaher and Ann Cahill and John Murphy, Eamon Shehan and Denis O'sullivan. The table prize went to the team of Liam Lane, James Keane, and Dan Reidy. The door prize was son by Dixie Quirke with raffle prizes going to Joan Sheehan, Tom Lenihan, Eamon Sheehan and John Lane. Cards continue as usual on this Thursday night at 9 p.m. and all are welcome. PUB QUIZ. There was big support for the fund-raising pub quiz which was held in Tommy Mick's Bar, Mountcollins on last Friday night with all proceeds going toward Tournafulla Camogie Club. Twelve teams participated with a very high return of answers to the various questions from quiz master Johnny Walsh, a perfect score in every round the winning team members were- Brian Flannery, Paddy Lenihan, John Lyons, Con Begley, and Michael Lenihan. The club would like to thank Tommy Mick's Bar who hosted and sponsored the quiz Thank you to all who donated prizes and congratulations to all those lucky in the draw. The night was a great success, thank you for your support. KEEP FIT. Fitness classes continue every Tuesday night in Mountcollins Community Centre at 8 p.m. All levels are catered for and nutritional advise is also provided. The programme was combination of circuit training, interval training, using weights, kettlebells, ladders and more.
