Traditional Singing Classes continue every Wednesday evening in Ceolann, Lixnaw from 7 - 8 pm by Aisling Hanlon. HURLING CLUB - All roads will lead to Ballyroe Heights Hotel on this Friday night for the Finuge / Lixnaw victory social . The senior hurling panel will receive their North Kerry senior championship medals resulting from their hard - fought victory over Crotta last June. The meal is scheduled for 8.30 and tickets costing 25 euro can be purchased from either Sean Flaherty or Paul Wallace. Meanwhile , club members are busy finalising plans for the Juvenile medal presentation function on Saturday February 18th at the Community Centre . Tickets costing 15 euro for adults and 10 euro for chidren can be purchased from Tommy Molyneaux and Steve Buckley .The exciting news is that Joe Canning of Galway is going to present the medals to the victorious Feile na ngael and minor hurlers. The club would like to inform people that they are seeking a sponsor who would be prepared to provide assistance to the club . Sean Flaherty (0872035539 ) can be contacted by any individual or company who would like to come on board as a sponsor. The next metting of the club will take place on this Thursday night at 8 pm.
