St. Patrick's Day cultural programme

A GOOD programme of cultural events have been arranged for St. Patrick's Week in Killarney.
The first of the events will be Oiche Gaelach at Scott's on Wednesday, March 12 with Seán Ó Duinin, of Coolea. This is organised by Glor na nGael.
On Thursday, March 13, Pan Celtic will be assisting the Catholic Central Band and Orchestra of Canada, with local artists in putting on a concert at Arás Phádraig. On the following night Dúchas will hold its now traditional Scoraiocht.
On Sunday, March 16, CCE, Cill Airne, will have a concert at Arás Phádraig beginning at 9pm. Then on Monday, March 17, Junior Chamber, will be organising the St. Patrick's Day parade. On that night Killarney Scouts will hold a ceili at Arás Phádraig.
