WEDNESDAY JULY 28: - Paschal Brennan will perform his Joe Dolan tribute show every Saturday night in the Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney as part of the Summer Caberet season. Tickets are € 10 for children and € 25 for adults. Family tickets are also available.

Contact the box office on (064) 6671555. - 'God's Official', a comedy starring Mick Lally, George McMahon and Edwin Mullane will be showing in St John's Art and Theatre Centre. - Traditional Irish band the High Kings will be performing at the Gleneagle Hotel ballroom. THURSDAY JULY 29

- The 3 Irish Open will be taking place from July 29 to August 1 at Killarney Golf and Fishing Club. - Killarney funfest will be providing street entertaininment for the whole family until August 1. - Darby O' Gill's Hotel, Killarney will play host to the Frank Nelson Band and the Noel Cronin Band, with special guest Tracey from the Stardust showband for Thursday night dancing. Admission is € 10. Doors at 8pm. Dancing from 8.30pm until midnight.

FRIDAY JULY 30

- The Hot House Flowers are appearing in the INEC Acoustic Club. Tickets € 15. Contact the INEC Box Office at (064) 6671555. Show starts at 10.30pm. - Acoustic and unplugged, Alabama 3 perform at the Hillgrove, Dingle. They will be joined by special guests, graffitti art and visuals. Tickets € 18 and are available from the Hillgrove and Fionn McCool's surf shop. - A benefit dance will take place in the Earl of Desmond at 9.30pm. Music by the OC Trio and Mystik Blue. SATURDAY JULY 31

- Abundant in beer and music, 'Beer for Battens' in aid of the Saoirse Foundation will be taking place in Annascaul. - Kingdom Greyhound Stadium will be hosting a fundraiser in aid of Jigsaw Kerry and the Festival of Kerry Support Group. Tickets € 5 and available in the following in the Rose of Tralee festival office, Ashe Hall. Sean Ogs, Abbey Inn, The Munster bar, Sweeneys Costcutter and Kingdom Greyhound Stadium. - The UK's number one DJ, Fergie, will be bringing his set to Rumours nightclub, Ballybunion.

SUNDAY AUGUST 1

- Sharon Shannon and Mundy are performing in the INEC. They will be followed by 'Hits of the Decade' set by DJ Les Vickers. Tickets € 28. Contact the INEC box office on (064) 6671555. Show starts at 10pm. - Handcrafted wooden boats will be taking to the water in South Kerry for the annual Sneem Harbour regatta. - Big Country Music Jamboree featuring Paddy O' Brien, Trudi Lalor and T.R Dallas in the Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney. Doors at 8.45pm. - Kelly Hood will be exhibiting her paintings in St John's Art and Theatre Centre throughout the month of August. - The fourth heat of 'Kerry's Got Talent' gets underway in Siamsa Tire, Tralee at 8pm. Tickets € 15.

MONDAY AUGUST 2

- Roger Casement August gathering and offers field trips and films on the man's infamous links to Kerry.

TUESDAY AUGUST 3

- Oilean - A Celebration of the Blasket Islands will be showing in Siamsa Tire, Tralee at 8.30pm. Contact the box office at (066) 7123055. - Austin Stacks GAA club in Tralee summer camp for boys and girls in Connolly Park, Tralee at 9.30am to 1pm. The camp will continue until August 7. Cost is € 40 per child.
