Coronation Street
As the dust settles after Becky's departure, Tracy wallows in self-pity, while Ken drowns his sorrows with Steve after learning of Deirdre's role in the cover-up. Finally, Ken proves how angry he is and orders Tracy out of the house, so she tries to make a fresh start with Steve at No 13 – talk about awkward!
Meanwhile, Peter and Carla's affair is nearly exposed when they have a close encounter with Frank at a restaurant. Later, Peter lies to Leanne and arranges to spend a night in Chester with Carla, an arrangement which leaves Stella suspicious. The fact that Frank's private investigator is hot on the bookie's heels does not help matters.
As Foster's trial begins, Carla has to endure some tough questioning, not least about her relationship with Peter, while Anne shows Leanne a photo of her husband kissing Carla.
Hollywood legend Robert Vaughn makes his debut as Milton, Sylvia's fancy man who arrives just as the music contest gets under way. However, it seems a large helping of 'pork pies' are to be found on the menu as Sylvia lies to Milton when he asks to see Roy's famous restaurant.
When he does grace the premises, Milton spots potential in Roy's Rolls for expansion.
Elsewhere, Jason is annoyed when he discovers Paul stayed the night with Eileen, and her friends are also far from happy when they discover she and Paul are seeing each other. At least the fireman apologises to Eileen for not giving her enough support, and has a man-to-man talk with Jason.
