Stars to remember Joe at a special weekend
A special weekend of concerts dedicated to the memory of the late Joe Dolan will take place on the weekend of July 16-18.

THERE is still no show like a 'Joe Show' and with this in mind The Gleneagle Hotel and the Dolan Family are set to honour the international superstar with a special weekend dedicated to the magic of the showband era.
Legions of Joe's fans and showband music enthusiasts from all over Ireland are expected to gather in Killarney from July 16 to 18, for a host of entertainment including performances by Brendan Bowyer, Dickie Rock and the Joe Dolan Reunion Show.
Feel good classics including Good Looking Woman, More and More, It's You It's You It's You and Make Me An Island will resonate on Saturday night as the INEC stages The Joe Dolan Official Reunion Show.
This live production reunites former band mates, including his brother, Ben and nephews Ray and Adrian with a state of the art, video-projected Joe. All music heard is performed live except for Joe's vocals. Step back in time as Ben Dolan narrates the life story of his younger brother Joe, with whom he shared a stage for 47 memorable years.
Showband legends Dickie Rock and Brendan Bowyer will both perform in the legendary Gleneagle Ballroom, so expect to hear all the classics including Every Step of the Way, The Hucklebuck and I Ran All the Way Home.
Other highlights include late night dancing each night, sing-alongs with Jason Fallon in The Green Room and performances by official tribute band — Oh Me Oh My.
