Louise to keep it country at Gleneagle
COUNTRY Sundays continue this Sunday and every Sunday for the summer season at the Glenegale Hotel, Killarney and the crowds have been flocking to the venue to hear the very best of irish country music.
This Sunday, August 8, features Louise Morrissey and her band. Regarded as one of Ireland's best loved singers and entertainers, she has just released her long awaited new album 'You Raise Me Up'. Louise and her super country band will be keeping the dancers happy this Sunday with their mixture of country and irish music.
Support on the night is by Tom Healy and his band. Doors open 8.45pm and there will be 4 hours of dancing from 9pm-1am.
Other attractions to watch out for on the Country Sundays include Declan Nerney and John Hogan on Sunday August 15, and coming Sunday August 22 it's the very popular Mike Denver along with Patrick O'Sullivan. The final dance of the summer season on Sunday August 29 will feature Mick Flavin.
