IRISH music legend Declan Sinnott will be making his way to the Blasket Inn, Tralee for an unmissable performance with his band Small Town Talk on Tuesday, August 17.
Declan is renowned guitarist, music arranger and record producer, having worked with celebrated artists such as Mary Black and Christy Moore. He has also been a member of famous Irish bands such as Horslips and Moving Hearts. Currently, Declan plays, tours and records with Christy Moore along with performing with Small Town Talk.
Small Town Talk consists of respected musicians such as Hank Wedel, Martin Leahy and Eleanor Healy. Hank is best known for his work with Cork city rock bands like Princes Street and Open Kitchen, Martin's claim to fame is as a drummer for trad outfit North Clegg, while Eleanor has sang and played bass for Cork band The Five Joyful Mysteries, before studying jazz performance in the USA.
The combination of Small Town Talk and Declan Sinnott results in a superb collective of experienced and seasoned professionals, playing originals and covers in an acoustic style.
