Battle lines drawn at Amy's care hearing
Eastenders Thursday 7.30pm RTE1 & BBC1
It was only a few days ago that Jack and Roxy ended up in bed together, but as the day of the custody hearing dawns, it looks like the gloves are definitely off.
Michael reminds Roxy that if she uses the evidence of Amy's forged passport in court, chances are her little girl will be coming home with her that evening. But for once it's up to Shirley to be the voice of moderation, as she asks if destroying Jack is really in his daughter's best interests.
However, the Branningsdon't share Shirley's attitude as they urge Jack to fight dirty, and he thinks they may have a point when Roxy's brief brings up some of the less savoury aspects of his past. The ex-copper tells Roxy to expect even more dirt to be flung her way, when she reveals her ace – she can prove he committed fraud.
How will Jack react, and will Roxy be prepared to use the evidence in court despite Shirley's warning?
